New 1400 In Oxford Dictionary:- Oxford English Dictionary includes 1,400 new words, expressions and idioms. These include the word ‘eDeocressi’ which is used for ‘a government made up of people who are considered ignorant or inertia’. In Greek, the Greek word suffix is about 100 words made from ‘creasy’, meaning ‘power’ or ‘rule’. New word idiocresse means to mean a society or a rule on which people considered to be ignorant or inertia govern.
Words like Democracy and aristocracy came from the Ancient Greek language but by 18th century ‘ocresse’ was incorporated into English words such as Statocresse and Mobocresi. Explain that this English dictionary is reviewed four times every year.
In the 19th century, many such words were included in the dictionary. Earlier, in 1832 Phulo cressi and in 1909 the term idiocrasy was used in similar terms. idiocrasy was also used for the first time in 1967. In 2006, a satirical film named ‘idiocrasy‘ was also made.
